・Can I order online?
No, you can contact us via the Request for Quotation form, and we will send you a quotation within a few days. If you would like to proceed with that quote and place an order, please send us a PO; upon receipt of the PO, we will email you an invoice and ship date.
・Any specification I provide is safe?
Yes, any technical information, application that our customers share with us is confidential only between the customers and Takano.
・How does pricing work?
It depends on whether you want customized products or standard products. In the case of a custom products, you will be asked to provide the application(specification) in order to manufacture and meet your requirements. The price will be determined after further discussions. For standard products, please ask the price via the form online or email.
・How much is the shipping cost from Japan?
Shipping fees are estimated at $35-50 (from Japan) if charged separately. We will provide a more accurate shipping estimate once an order is received. You can also provide your shipping courier & account if you prefer to use yours.
・What if I do not have a PO?
If you do not have an official PO, please just provide the shipping address, attn, contact #, name of products, qty, preferred payment method and shipping account (if available).
・Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we do accept credit cards, ACH, Wire and checks.
・Is it possible to expedite shipping?
If you provide us with your future order schedule in advance, we can arrange production according to your desired ship date.
