Product Introduction

Takano Electromagnets use an iron core and coil to attract magnetic materials only when powered. Compact and reliable, they’re designed to eliminate residual magnetism after power-off.
  • “Our DC-powered electromagnet delivers a strong magnetic field with high efficiency and low energy use. Attractive force is adjustable by changing power and the magnetic gap.”
  • Minimized residual magnetism: Designed to quickly release magnetic force after power-off, preventing leftover magnetism.
  • Lightweight, compact, and highly reliable design for space-saving.
  • Long life with high strength and durability.
Electromagnets family
Application:
Automatic wetted parts zippers, magnetic robot grippers, metal impurity adsorption/removal, conveyor runway changers, and minilab negative fixing drives.

Electro Magnetic Gripper for Robots

Electromagnet usage example
  • Pulls in as the coil is energized. Stays in position using the magnetic force of the permanent magnet even after the coil is de-energized.
  • With the electromagnet, objects can be easily attracted, moved, and detached by turning the power on and off.
